1. What do I do if I can’t access my MyMathLab account correctly?

Try these “tricks of the trade” when having trouble with your MyMathLab account:

  1. Clear your browser cookies and cache. Make sure you clear “everything” not just the most recent items.
  2. Try using another browser. MyMathLab historically has not worked well with Safari. Try Firefox or Google Chrome.
  3. Try closing all programs and windows and then re-starting your computer.
  4. Try using a different computer entirely.
  5. Contact the MyMathLab technical support folks. This is located in the middle lower section (yellow box) of the MyMathLab login page. This link should take you directly to their help page. We’ve had good luck in the past with the “live chat” feature but you could try any of the options on this page.
  6. Go to the UMass In-Person Technical Support and see if someone there can help you. In-person support is available from 8:30 a.m. – 7:45 p.m. Monday – Friday at the IT Service Desk located in the Campus Center just off the main concourse headed towards the Student Union. No appointment necessary.
